When will I meet a landinargentina agent?
A landinargentina agent will be expecting you at the residence, at the moment of your check-in.
Which are the benefits of landinargentina’s properties compared to the ones of a hotel?
Our properties are fully furnished and equipped to provide you with all the comfort of a private home. Renting costs are 30% to 50% lower than an elite hotel. Our residences are roomier and more private than a hotel room. And finally, we offer you fully equipped kitchens that will allow you to save extra cash.
What does price include?
- Once a week cleaning service.
- All property’s expenses: electricity, gas, general maintenance, taxes, water and cable TV and, when required, high speed internet.
Additional services: for your safety and comfort, we offer you airport-residence-airport transport. At your arrival, a chauffeur will be waiting for you holding a recognizable sign with your name written on it and will take you to our encounter.
We can also provide you with a daily cleaning service and others.
Where and when do I get the keys to the property?
At your arrival, we will be expecting you at the property to hand you over the keys, sign the leasing contract and give you the guides and maps to the city.
How do I make a booking?
Booking is very easy. After selecting the property and checking for availability, you will have to follow two steps:
- Fill up the Reservation Sheet and e-mail it to us as soon as possible. Within 24 hours a landinargentina agent will get in touch with you to reconfirm it.
- Payment: to book the property you shall pay 50% of the total lease in advance. You may also pay the total leasing cost to avoid the worries of having to carry the cash with you. The options of payment are:
Through Western Union.
In person, at our main office in Buenos Aires. Villarroel 1346 PB. Villa Crespo.Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Open Monday to Friday, 11 am to 6 pm.
Once the transaction has been made, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation.
Is there a security deposit for the stay?
Yes. At the moment of the check-in you shall disburse the price according to your stay plus a security deposit equivalent to the length of your stay, if it is less than a month, or the equivalent to a month in the case of a longer lease. Once your stay comes to an end, a landinargentina agent will be at the check-out to assure the property is left in the same conditions as when we handed it over. At that moment we shall reimburse you with the deposit.
Can I check-in at any time?
If you wish to be received at the property beyond our office hours – which is Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm –, please announce it before hand so we can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you. This service has an additional cost:
Every day 6 am to 2pm and 6 pm to 12 am: U$D 15.
Every day 12 am to 6 am: U$D 20 (depending upon availability, please ask)
Is there a minimum length of stay to the leasing?
Yes. Leasing contracts are of at least 3 days. Please ask for other options.
Do I get reimbursed if I cancel my reservation?
If a guest should cancel the reservation, the payment will not be reimbursed. However, if the cancellation is done at least 30 days in advanced, 50% of the payment for the reservation will be reimbursed.
How should I estimate the time for the check in?
If you arrive to the city through an international flight, it will take you about one and a half hours to go through customs and ride from the airport to the city of Buenos Aires.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
At the time of your booking confirmation, we will ask you for your flight number. This is absolutely necessary in the case of a flight delay, since it will allow us to check with the airline your new arrival time. We will also provide you with our mobile phone numbers so you can reach us anytime, anywhere.
How should I estimate the time for leaving the property?
If you are taking an international flight, we advice you book a taxi to pick you up three hours before your time of departure. For example, if your flight departures at 12.50 pm you should book a taxi to pick you up at 9.50 am.
How should I estimate the costs of my stay?
For properties that have published weekly and monthly rates, you can calculate your expenses in the following manner:
a) If you make a one week booking, you will pay for the total of the week.
b) If you make a booking for over a week and less than a month, you will spend the cost of a week divided by 7, times the total of nights you will stay at the residence.
c) If you make a one month booking, you will pay for the total of the month (note: a month is the equivalent to 30 nights of stay)
d) If you make a booking for over a month, you will spend the cost of a month divided by 30, times the number of nights of your booking.
What does cleaning service consist of, when included?
This service includes general cleaning of the property, washing and change of bedding. The washing of kitchenware is not included, unless required. You may also require a more often cleaning assistance, as an additional service.
How should I return the property, at the moment of my departure?
You will be welcomed to a clean residence, with clean bedding and bathroom. We expect you to return the property in the same conditions, clean and tidy, even when the rented property was provided with cleaning service. It’s not necessary for you to wash the last set of bedding and towels used, since we understand you will not have the time to engage in such activity, but we do expect you not to return dirty every set of bedding and towels you were provided with.
