1.     BOOKINGS: Complete the on-line booking sheet and e-mail it to us, or call our offices at: (+54 11) 3535-7170. Within 24 working hours we will be getting in touch with you to confirm availability and fees. Bookings are in advanced. Payments may be done through bank transfers, cash or Western Union (www.westernunion.com)

 2.     WAYS OF PAYMENT: Leasing costs, and other expenses may only be paid in cash (American dollars, Euro or Argentinean pesos). Security deposit will be reimbursed once the leasing contract comes to an end. If there were damages to the property, these would be deducted from the deposit. An inventory with the cost to each item in the house will be provided to you.

3. Rates: Rates published on our site contains prices without commission for the stay and the services listed in the description of the property, the commission is 15% of the rate of publication

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Check-in and Check-out time will be according to your necessities. For such reason it is important you provide the following information before your arrival: Name, age and nationality of each person occupying the property. Undeclared persons will not be allowed to reside in the property, this being enough motive for eviction. If you happened to find any inconvenient in the functioning of the property, you should inform us as soon as possible so we can solve the problem. Rent includes all property services and taxes. All our units are fully furnished and equipped. Properties published on this site are offered for 3 day minimum stays. According to the actual impending legislation, the maximum stay is 6 months (having the possibility of renewal for an equal or shorter period of time)

5. EXTENSION OF STAY: temporary rent contracts are not extendable, having an initiation and ending date. If you wish to make your stay longer, please let us know immediately. Making usage of our services, you agree to landinargentina’ s  General Conditions to Use of the Service and Agreements and Booking and Arrival Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these conditions, please do not use our service and discontinue your access. 

  1. The Owners reserve the right to refuse admittance.

landinargentina is responsible for all the procedures and formalities linked to any booking. In the case there was an inconvenience beyond our control, another property of similar characteristics will be provided at your arrival.

We will welcome you at the property, where we will explain how the residence works and give you information and tips on the area – touristy spots, means of transportation, restaurants, malls, etc.

At this moment, contracts and inventory are signed and the pending amount for the rent and the deposit shall be paid. In every case, fees include cleaning service – weekly or to concur –. The property should be returned in the same usage conditions as when handed over.

Our properties include the following land-line connection:

 ·         Fixed telephone charge: Limited credit for local and international calls only – this service is included in the rent –. To call mobile phones you may use pre-paid telephone cards, available at any kiosk or calling center.

 At the Check-out, we will perform an inspection to the state of the property, you will return the keys to us and you will be reimbursed with the security deposit.

General Conditions to Use of the Service and Agreements

All the properties belonging to the landinargentina group have been previously selected by our qualified personnel. Every unit is fully furnished and equipped for your convenience.

Most of the properties published on this site may be booked for minimum 1 week stays. Units displaying daily rates may be booked for 3 day minimum accommodation period.  For properties that may only be booked for periods longer to a month, this will be specified.

We handle all the procedures and formalities linked to any booking, according to the period requested by the guest. In the case there was an inconvenience with the property beyond our control previous to your arrival, we propose:

·         Assign you to another property of similar characteristics and commodities available during your visiting period

·         Or reimburse you with the reservation fee previously paid.   Booking and Arrival Conditions

·         Bookings are done paying a part of the total lease. If the guest should cancel the reservation, the payment shall not be reimbursed unless the cancellation notice is given with at least 30 days in advance. In which case only 50% of the booking payment will be reimbursed.

·         Upon your arrival, at the pre-arranged time, the owner or a landinargentina agent will welcome you at the rented property to sign the leasing contract and go through the property’s inventory.

·         At the same time, The balance of the rent will be paid as well the security deposit.

·         The guest receives keys to the property as well as owner’s contact information in case there was any problem related to the property.

·         Temporary rent contracts cannot be extended. They have an initiation date and an ending date. If you wish to make your stay longer, please communicate it to landinargentina with at least 30 days in advance so we can arrange a new rent contract for the required period and make sure the property is not booked by another guest.

·         Paid renting fees are not reimbursable. If a guest should wish to shorten his or her stay, the already collected payment cannot be reimbursed. For such reason, we advice you make your booking once you know for sure the length of your stay, and then perhaps hire extra time if necessary.

·         For several month leasing contracts, when rent is paid month to month, should a guest wish to resign the leasing contract, he or she looses the payment left as security deposit, it being left for the owner to collect as a compensation for the breaking of the contract. Suggested hours for Check-in and Check-out 

·     landinargentina offers check-in and check-out free of charge: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6 pm.

·         Check-in or Check-out performed any day - Except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 6 am to 2pm, and 6 pm to 12 am have an extra cost of USD 15.

·         Check-in or Check-outs performed any day - including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays - 12 am to 6 am have an extra cost of U$D 20 (depending upon availability, please ask)·         Saturday, Sundays and Holidays any time have an extra cost of USD20 

·         Example: Arranged Check-in: 2 pm, Arranged Check-out: 10 am 

If the guest arrives before 2 pm and the property is empty, the guest may occupy the residence without any extra charge. If the property was occupied, then the guest would have to wait until the agreed check-in time.

 If the guest wishes to ensure availability of the property then he or she should make the reservation for a day earlier to his or her arrival, paying for the additional day.

 If the departure time of the guest was later than 10 am and the property had not been immediately assigned to another guest, then he or she may stay at the property without any extra charge. If the property had been assigned to another person, then the guest should Check-out at the agreed time. 

 

Booking confirmations will only be acknowledged when fulfilling the following terms and conditions:  

·         It is mandatory for guests to provide name, age and nationality of each person occupying the property. Undeclared persons will not be allowed to reside in the property, this being enough motive for eviction.

·         Unless when specified, fees published on this site include: general maintenance of the property, city taxes, water, light, gas, cable TV and telephone connection. If previously agreed, price may also include cleaning service (arranging how often, according to your request). Including this service does not release the guest from the responsibility to return the property in the same condition as when received.
