Requirements to adjoin your property to the LANDINARGENTINA group: To facilitate and guarantee our clients the best customized attention, properties (house and/or apartments) adjoined to our group shall be visited and assessed by landinargentina personnel. Plus have the following requirements: The property should be equipped as follows: - Living-room settings.
- Dining-room settings.
- Bed-room settings (individual beds with option to queen-sized)
- Cable TV ( CableVisión, Multicanal o DirectTV ).
- DVD and/or VHS player.
- Music player.
- Restricted telephone land-line. Does not have acces to mobile phones or International calls. Línea Control: Telefónica / Línea Control/Pus/Max: Telecom)
- Internet.
- Fridge.
- Micro-wave oven.
- Full kitchenware set, easy to complete in case of loss or breaking. Set of plates for 4 to 6 people (main course plates, soup plates, dessert plates, cooking dish, salad bowl, glasses, coffee mugs and accessories)
- Full Cutlery: for 4/6/8 people.
- Full cooking devises (big, medium and small pots, pan, strainer, jar, tea pot, coffee maker)
- Accessories (can opener, cork screw, skimmer, big spoon)
- Bedding (mattress cover, 1 blanket per bed, 1 bed cover)
- Two sets of new sheets per bed.
- Two sets of towels per person.
- Hangers.
- Hair dryer.
- Iron.
- Cleaning devises (that shall be restored periodically) • Cleaning: Reliable personnel. Available 2/4/6 hours once a week.
Required documentation: - Leasing authorization.
- Property card.
- Photocopies of up-to-date house service payments, Personal ID and Owner's Certificate to the property.
- Detailed inventory with estimated value to every item in the property, sent by e-mail.
- Instructions on how the property operates (water heater, keys, light switches, special recommendations/warnings)
- 3 sets of keys.
- A list of telephone numbers that could be of use to the guest, e.g. doorman, Building administration, laundry mats and deliveries in the area.
- Digital photos to the property.
How do we proceed? - We permanently publish your property.
- We take the bookings.
We are there to welcome the guests at the Check-in, make ourselves available for them during their stay, and are there at the moment of the Check-out to wish them farewell. We perform an inventory inspection at the moment of the guest's Check-in and Check-out - We develop and provide the legal necessary documentation for the lease.
- We keep custody of the keys.
- Rent is collected in advanced, at the signing of the contract. The owner will collect the rent the following working day to the Check-in, at our offices having previously confirmed so by phone.
- Along with the leasing contract, an inventory of the furniture and equipment in the property is signed.
- The landinargentina contract includes a security deposit equal to a month of stay or to the total of the stay if such was less than a month long. landinargentina will reimburse the previously mentioned security deposit once the contract comes to an end, having previously checked upon the inventory signed along with the leasing contract.
